Eligible merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment. Most items must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange please keep in mind that merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
